1. Digital Services — No Shipping

Fundora is a fully digital software platform. We sell access to online software, credits and subscriptions only. No physical goods are sold or shipped. Access to a paid feature is delivered electronically and is available within your account immediately after a successful payment is confirmed.

2. Refunds

We do not offer refunds. All purchases of credits and subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Once credits have been added to your account or a subscription period has begun, the amount paid is not refundable, whether or not the credits are used.

Please review the features, pricing and your requirements carefully before making a purchase. If you are unsure whether a feature is right for you, contact us before paying.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew afterwards. We do not provide refunds or pro-rated credits for the unused portion of the current billing period.

One-time credit purchases cannot be cancelled once the payment is completed and the credits have been added to your account.

4. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If you are charged but the corresponding credits or subscription are not activated, or if you are charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical or payment-gateway error, this is not a refund of a delivered service — it is a correction of an erroneous charge. Contact us at contact@vest-fundora.com with your transaction reference and we will verify it and reverse any duplicate or failed-transaction charge to your original payment method.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment processor (Razorpay). Any approved correction for a duplicate or failed transaction is returned to the original payment method and the time taken to reflect depends on your bank or card issuer.
